There are several ways to get involved, from coaching, to administration, to helping with matches and festivals.
We place a strong emphasis on the child experience, so you’ll need to be friendly, enjoy being around young people, and have patience working with young learners. We hope you can bring a sense of fun to our club!

Futsal Coaches
We have a few select opportunities for passionate and committed futsal coaches to join our kids futsal club. We believe that futsal can be a fantastic way for children to learn and develop their skills, and we’re looking for coaches who share our vision. If you’re interested in getting involved with our club, we’d love to hear from you!
The qualities we’re looking for are:
Reliability: We need coaches and volunteers who are dependable and committed to attending training sessions, matches, and other club events. Our players rely on their coaches, and we need people who can be there for them.
Patience and an interest in how kids learn: Our coaches must have a patient and nurturing approach to coaching, with a genuine interest in how children learn and develop. We value coaches who can create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all of our players.
Willingness to help deliver sessions in line with our philosophy and methodology: Our club has a clear way of doing things that underpins our coaching approach. We know that you’ll bring your own style to the table, but you’ll also be happy to learn and understand our approach, and coach in a way that aligns with our club’s values and goals.
While detailed futsal experience is not required, our coaches will be supported and encouraged to develop their knowledge. We believe in continuous improvement and want our coaches to grow alongside our club.
As a coach, you will be working with children and will need a DBS check to ensure the safety of our players.
Remuneration for certain coaching positions is available, depending on the position and experience. So if you’re passionate about helping children grow and learn through futsal, we’d love to hear from you!
Volunteers
As our club grows, we’re keen to hear from any enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to help support us. There are plenty of ways to get involved, from administration and fixture organising to events and festivals, advertising, social media, and sponsorship. We’re always grateful for any help we can get, and volunteering with us is a great way to contribute to our club and support the development of our young players.
